Mike Rogers founded Saber Strength + Performance during the early COVID months of 2020. He provides elite, custom personal training in-person as well as online. Up until then, he was the General Manager and Senior Exercise Instructor at Inform Fitness Studios in NYC. Over the last 20 years, he has worked with over 1500 different clients of all shapes and sizes and performed over 75,000 workout sessions.
He understands the balance between safety and intensity in exercise and specifically how to implement a program for optimal fitness, performance and longevity. He specializes in strength training and coaching for weight loss, improved bone-density, pain-management, post-rehabilitation after surgery, pregnancy, and athletic performance for golf, tennis, skiing and cycling.
Mike graduated from the University of Delaware and is professionally certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), The Power of 10 (SuperSlow), and the Titleist Professional Institute (TPI). He was an Emergency Medical Technician and has completed numerous seminars and coursework in Kinesiology, Biomechanics, Prenatal/Postpartum Training, and Integrated Stretching. He has trained with professional coaches in golf, tennis, swimming, running, cycling and soccer.
